Petitioner Colleen Berry Roper alleged that the tetanus vaccination that she received on July 10, 1997 caused her condition of chronic gastroparesis.
Special Master Hastings found that the petitioner demonstrated that her chronic gastroparesis was caused in fact by that vaccination, and thus she was entitled to compensation.
